Simple monthly billing.

FIRST VISIT$100 OFFA one-time deep treatment for new quarterly customers. Most homes pay $175 (normally $275).
THEN, STARTING AT$45/moYour quarterly service, split into monthly payments. Starts 30 days after your first visit.
Why is the first visit more?
It gets your home up to our standards. The first visit includes a full pest inspection, extra time on the treatment and nearly double the product, especially if it's been a while or your home has never had pest control. It's normally $275. New quarterly customers get $100 off, so most homes pay $175.
How does monthly billing work?
It's the same as quarterly billing, just split into monthly payments. For most homes that's $135 a visit, billed as $45 a month starting 30 days after your first visit. Why monthly? We show up every 90 days to maintain your barrier, but you have our team any time. If ants show up in the kitchen, just call and we'll come back and re-treat at no extra cost. And no contracts. We're a small, family-run business. Most people stay with us long term, but not because we make them sign anything.

Home Shield questions.

What happens on the first visit?
The first visit is the deep treatment: inside and outside treatment, crack and crevice work, webs and wasp nests removed, and an inspection for entry points. It takes longer than a regular visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the outside treatment, which is the core of every visit. For inside work, we will set a time that works for you.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Products are safe once dry, usually about 30 minutes.
I see bugs a week after treatment. Normal?
Totally normal for the first 1 to 2 weeks, as the treatment draws pests out. After that, if covered pests show up between visits, call or text and we come back free.
