It's the same as quarterly billing, just split into monthly payments. For most homes, $135 a visit becomes $45 a month, starting 30 days after your first visit. We show up every 90 days to maintain your barrier, but you have our team any time: if ants show up in the kitchen, just call and we'll come back and re-treat at no extra cost. No contract, just a 30-day notice to cancel.

Yes. A one-time general pest treatment is usually $225 to $275, depending on your home. It's a good fit if you're moving, selling or have one problem to knock out. Most people choose quarterly, because the barrier wears off in about 90 days, and quarterly customers get $100 off the first visit plus free re-service between visits.

It gets your home up to our standards. The first visit includes a full pest inspection, extra time on the treatment and nearly double the product, especially if it has been a while or your home has never had pest control. It is normally $275. New quarterly customers get $100 off, so most homes pay $175.

No. Just a 30-day notice to cancel. The one exception is Home Shield Plus, which uses a 12-month plan to unlock the bundle discount. We will tell you that upfront.
