A roach in the kitchen at night is never just one. We figure out which kind and treat it the right way.
Roach control starts with knowing which roach you have, because each one needs a different fix. American, Oriental and wood roaches that wander in from outside are covered by our quarterly Home Shield plan. German roaches, the ones that live and breed in kitchens, need their own multi-visit program with baits and growth regulators, quoted separately.
The type decides the treatment.
Small, tan, two dark stripes. They live and breed indoors near food and water. Needs its own program.
Big and reddish brown. They come up from sewers, drains and damp basements.
Dark and shiny. They like crawl spaces, floor drains and cool, wet areas.
They wander in from woodpiles and leaf litter in late spring. They do not breed indoors.
Seeing small roaches in the daytime? That usually means a big German roach population. Call us.
We find where they hide and which roach it is.
Gel baits and targeted treatment in cabinets, under appliances and in cracks.
Growth regulators keep the young ones from becoming breeders.
For roaches coming in from outside, the foundation barrier stops them at the door.
German roach programs are a series of visits a couple of weeks apart. Everything else is covered every 90 days.
Where you live changes which roach you get.
Shared walls, older plumbing and basements give roaches easy paths between homes.
Homes near trees and woodpiles see wood roaches wander in each spring.
They travel between units, so we treat the source and follow up.
Outdoor roaches are covered on the plan. German roaches get their own program.
